Butt-Blasting Workout
Stretch A lot of us sit all day…at the office, in school, etc. So you need to stretch those muscles out.
- Kneel on the floor with one knee on the ground (like a guy would if he were going to propose).
- Squeeze your buns as tight as you can.
- Lift one of your arms off the floor and over your head and turn slightly to one side. Hold for 30 seconds.
- Repeat with the other leg.
- Repeat each leg twice.
Bridge
Now that you are all stretched out and warmed up, you can move on to the bridge (a Kiegel exercise).
- Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet on the ground.
- Slowly raise your buns up and then slowly lower them.
- Repeat 10 times.
Tube-Walking
You will need an elastic band for this exercise, available at many retail stores.
- Place the elastic band on the mid-point of your calves, halfway up to the knee from the ankle.
- Place your feet hip width apart.
- Step to the side. The elastic band will make it hard to walk.
- Take 10 steps walking sideways to the right and then 10 steps sideways to the left.
- Repeat twice.
Now you can stop hiding your buns with that sweatshirt wrapped around your waist!
