Low Calorie Cherry Lemonade

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/3 cup Cherry grenadine
  • ½ cup Cherries

Slice, pit and freeze cherries. Mix water, Splenda and lemon juice together. Add in cherry grenadine. Stir. Cut lemons into slices and add frozen cherries to mix.

Serve over ice.

Non-alcoholic Lemon and Limeade

  • Pitcher of prepared lemonade
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1 lime zested
  • 5 mint sprigs
  • 1 cup mint sprigs, sliced
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water

Over heat, bring to a boil equal parts sugar, water and the cup of mint. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Remove from pan and let cool. Strain to remove all the extra mint sprigs.

Combine with prepared lemonade, lemon zest and lime zest. Stir. Add sliced lemons and limes. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with mint sprigs.

Hamptons Retreat

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 lemon

Cube watermelon and freeze. Slice, pit and freeze cherries.

Combined water, Splenda, and lemon juice. Add cubed watermelon and cherries.

Serve over ice.

Florida Sunrise

  • 1 oz. guava juice
  • 1 oz. Florida orange juice
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • Splash of cherry grenadine
  • 1 orange

Combine ingredients. Slice orange and add. Pour over ice.

Lime with a Twist

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 can of limeade concentrate

Prepare limeade according to can. Slice cucumber and add. Pour over ice.
